Assessment types & workload +
Short written reflections, ministry application exercises, Unpacking Lab participation and occasional quizzes or integration tasks. Designed for working adults and active ministry practitioners — plan for meaningful weekly engagement including class or video review, reading, reflection and assessment.
Academic integrity & AI tool use +
Submit original work, acknowledge your sources, and observe the SENT College AI usage policy. AI tools may be used at Level 2 only — for research assistance, concept clarification and draft feedback. You must not use AI to generate final submissions or assessments. Original thought, personal reflection and prayerful engagement are central to formation and cannot be outsourced. Integrity is a formation issue, not just a policy.
Pastoral care & student support +
Pastoral conversations are available when you need personal or spiritual support. You receive clear instructions, due dates and guidance for all assignments. The environment is marked by prayer, honor, humility, appropriate boundaries and safe ministry practice.
Academic calendar & intakes +
New intakes open throughout the year. Courses run for five weeks each, with flexible start points for video self-paced students. Contact admissions at support@sentcollege.com for current availability and the best entry point for your pathway.
